Job description
We are partnering with a global bank. They are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head of Change Management to join our CIB Coverage COO team. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the successful embedding of change initiatives across a ~$120M investment portfolio, spanning the Client Lifecycle — including Onboarding / KYC, Credit, and Document & Contract Management domains.
You will lead the design and execution of enterprise-level change management strategies, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective implementation of global process transformation across CIB Coverage. This includes initiatives driven by risk, regulatory or business optimisation opportunities.
Responsibilities
Own and refine the Change Management framework, ensuring a consistent, effective, and scalable approach aligned with the bank’s standards.
Build and lead a high-performing global Change Management team, fostering diversity, collaboration, and professional growth.
Develop a unified change pipeline view across Coverage, providing transparency of initiatives impacting user groups.
Drive economies of scale and cost efficiencies by centralising Change Management across the portfolio.
Build and maintain strong senior stakeholder and change champion networks, ensuring proactive communication and engagement.
Lead with a focus on user adoption and value realisation, embedding metrics and feedback loops to validate business outcomes.
Own and enhance the Change Risk Management framework, ensuring timely assessment, mitigation, and governance of change risks.
Establish and continuously evolve a Change Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive consistency, innovation, and professional capability across the global team.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement change management strategies aligned to the bank’s strategic objectives and transformation roadmap.
Partner with senior leadership (CIB COO, CIO, Business Heads) to prioritise and deliver change initiatives that drive measurable business value.
Demonstrate post-delivery value through effective performance tracking and benefit realisation.
Business & Operational Excellence
Conduct Business Impact Analyses to assess change implications and design mitigation strategies.
Partner with stakeholders to minimise disruption and ensure continuity of business performance.
Champion continuous improvement, embedding change readiness across the organisation.
People & Culture
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Change Management professionals.
Build a diverse and inclusive culture that values psychological safety, open communication, and innovation.
Design and deliver training programmes to enhance change capability across the business.
Identify and address talent needs, fostering a growth mindset and agile ways of working.
Risk, Governance & Conduct
Maintain robust governance structures, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
Lead proactive risk management, partnering with Operational Risk, Compliance, and other second-line teams.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to governance forums (e.g., QPR, Programme Steering Committees).
Champion ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and the bank’s Code of Conduct at all times.

What We're Looking For
10+ years’ experience leading large-scale Change Management in banking, financial services, or management consulting.
Strong wholesale banking expertise preferred, with deep understanding of client lifecycle processes.
Proven experience implementing structured change methodologies and business impact analyses.
Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and delivering complex global change initiatives.
Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills — including C-suite engagement.
Analytical, strategic, and outcomes-focused mindset.
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; postgraduate qualifications preferred.

Competitive base salary SGD 300,000 – 360,000 plus annual performance bonus
