We’re partnering with a leading global bank who are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join their Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Coverage Change & Business Transformation team.
In this role, you’ll lead large-scale change initiatives across Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Client (KYC) domains — driving end-to-end business transformation and embedding new processes and platforms across our global CIB network (Front, Middle, and Back Office).
This is a strategic position suited for a senior professional with deep experience in business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across complex global environments.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver change management outcomes to effectively embed target state processes and systems with end users.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement across global functions – including Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Compliance, and Risk.

  • Design and execute communications and engagement plans to drive awareness and support for change initiatives.

  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments, identifying impacts and mitigation strategies across business units.

  • Lead training needs assessment, planning, and delivery to ensure seamless user transition.

  • Track and report on user adoption metrics, proactively identifying and resolving adoption challenges.

  • Partner with Product Owners to drive business readiness – including UAT mobilisation and post-go-live support planning.

  • Operate flexibly in both individual contributor and team lead capacities, depending on project scope.

  • Uphold and champion the bank’s Values, Code of Conduct, and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For
  • 15+ years’ experience in banking, with 10+ years leading business change, transformation, or consulting initiatives.

  • Proven expertise in Client Lifecycle Management, Client Onboarding, or Due Diligence (KYC) transformation.

  • Hands-on experience implementing systems such as Fenergo or other CLM/CDD platforms.

  • Strong understanding of Wholesale Banking, including regulatory and product domains (FATCA, CRS, MIFID, EMIR, Dodd-Frank).

  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, multi-region change management programs.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills – capable of engaging senior business leaders.

  • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to bring clarity to complex change programs.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Confluence, Azure DevOps (ADO) and other project collaboration tools.

  • A proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
