As the Head of Digital Platforms, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the bank’s digital platform strategy across web and mobile channels. 🧠 Key Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ commercial experience in technology leadership roles, ideally within fintech, banking, or large-scale digital enterprises

• Proven deep technical background, with hands-on experience in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and platform engineering

• Experience with web and mobile platforms, including responsive design, app development, and omnichannel integration

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex digital programs, and delivering high-impact results

• Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, customer experience, and agile methodologies
