Sab has over 12 years of global experience specialising in Technology, Project and Change recruitment within Banking and Financial Services. He began his career in the UK following his postgraduate studies, delivering senior project and change hires for leading US investment banks before relocating to Hong Kong, where he spent nearly five years focusing on technology mandates across banking and insurance.
Since moving to Singapore in 2021, Sab has led executive and C-suite searches across APAC and ASEAN regions, supporting organisations through large-scale technology transformation, digital modernisation and product innovation initiatives. His expertise spans Project & Change leadership and Product Management (FinTech), partnering with global investment banks, regional financial institutions and high-growth FinTech, Crypto and Web3 firms.
Sab has successfully delivered senior mandates including Chief Digital Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Head of PMO, Head of Change Management, Product Director – Crypto Trading (TradFi), Head of Product – Crypto Trading (Derivatives & Options), Head of Process Re-engineering and Programme Director – Core Banking.
A people leader since 2015, Sab is passionate about building high-performing teams and developing long-term client partnerships across multiple geographies. Known for his consultative, relationship-driven approach and ability to move talent globally, he plays a key role in driving TENTEN Partners’ Project Services growth across Southeast Asia.
Outside of work, Sab is a keen cricket enthusiast and occasional player inSingapore, andhas recently taken up golf - reflecting his energetic,competitive and relationship-focused approach both professionally and personally.
