​A leading financial institution in Manila is seeking a visionary Head of Software Engineering to lead the digital transformation of its consumer banking platforms.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned technology leader with a deep engineering background and a passion for building scalable, customer-centric digital solutions across mobile, web, and engagement platforms.

🔍 What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor large, cross-functional engineering teams (50+ engineers across regions)

  • Own the technical strategy and delivery roadmap for mobile, online, and digital banking platforms

  • Champion Agile practices, DevOps, and engineering best practices

  • Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure leaders to drive innovation

  • Modernise legacy systems and integrate emerging technologies

  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all digital touchpoints

🛠️ What We're Looking For
  • Strong engineering background with deep expertise in architecture and system design

  • Proven leadership in large-scale engineering teams within banking or financial services

  • In-depth knowledge of consumer banking platforms, mobile apps, cloud-native development, and APIs

  • Track record of leading successful digital transformation and modernisation initiatives

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills

  • Passion for customer experience, innovation, and continuous delivery
