A leading financial institution in Manila is seeking an exceptional Head of Enterprise Architecture to define and lead the bank’s strategic technology vision and enterprise-wide architectural governance.

🔍 Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps

  • Lead architectural governance across Core Banking domains - Lending, Cards, and Deposits

  • Translate strategic business goals into scalable, future-ready technology solutions

  • Oversee solution architecture, integration, and core system modernisation

  • Drive innovation while ensuring compliance, security, and operational resilience

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of enterprise and solution architects

🛠️ Ideal Candidate
  • 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience in the banking sector

  • Deep expertise in Core Banking systems, particularly Lending, Cards, and Deposits

  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation and legacy modernisation

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, cloud platforms, and data architecture

  • Certified in TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership skills
