Our client, a global management consulting firm specialising in financial services,is seeking a dynamic Head of Data & Analytics to lead its growing practice in Singapore. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, drive large-scale transformation, and guide financial institutions across APAC in becoming data-driven enterprises.
🧭 Your Impact
Lead end-to-end data strategy engagements with top-tier banking and insurance clients
Conduct workshops to assess data capabilities and identify pain points
Define actionable roadmaps across data governance, architecture, and operating models
Act as a trusted advisor on data technologies to align with client business goals
Partner with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes across complex organisation
Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the APAC Data Practice
✔️ What We’re Looking For
10+ years in a consulting role focused on data or technology within banking/insurance
Strong experience designing data strategies and operating models
Proven ability to build and manage client relationships and deliver impactful solutions
Deep understanding of data governance, architecture, and regulatory requirements
Experience managing projects and teams in a consulting environment
Skilled in influencing stakeholders without direct authority
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
Certification in data management methodologies (e.g., DAMA, DCAM)
Familiarity with cloud-based technology architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities
Agile delivery experience is a plus

Salary: HKD 1.5 million per year (negotiable based on experience)
