A leading financial institution in Manila is hiring a Lead Enterprise Architect to drive the transformation in their Core Banking systems. This high-impact role requires deep expertise in Lending, Cards, and Deposits, and a passion for modern, scalable banking infrastructure.
As the technical lead, you will modernise legacy platforms, integrate emerging technologies, and align architecture with business strategy, working closely with executives, delivery teams, and global partners.
🔍 Responsibilities
Define and govern enterprise architecture across Lending, Cards, and Deposits
Lead the architectural design of large-scale transformation and digital banking initiatives
Align architecture strategies with business goals and regulatory requirements
Oversee solution integration, performance, and scalability across complex ecosystems
Mentor and guide architecture teams, fostering innovation and technical best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards
👤 What We’re Looking For
15+ years of enterprise architecture experience within the banking or financial services industry
Proven success delivering Core Banking transformations across Lending, Cards, and Deposits
Expertise in designing and implementing complex, mission-critical systems
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker with a solid technical foundation and architecture leadership
