We’re working with one of the Philippines' top banks to hire an Enterprise Architect who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the bank’s technology vision across core banking and digital transformation domains.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology architecture designing scalable, modern, and resilient solutions that will define the future of banking.
🔑 Responsibilities
Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks across domains such as core banking, cards, lending, and deposits
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to evaluate current capabilities and identify strategic technology needs
Lead end-to-end solution design and provide architectural oversight across critical initiatives
Translate business goals into enterprise-wide architecture and solutions, balancing innovation, risk, and feasibility
Develop technology roadmaps and reference architectures; ensure architectural governance across teams and platforms
✅ Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture within banking or insurance sectors
Strong knowledge of systems such as core banking, lending, cards, or deposits
Familiarity with architecture frameworks/tools (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate)
Skilled in legacy-to-modern transformation strategies and large-scale system integration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to bridge the gap between technical and business audiences
