Job description
A leading Bank based in Hanoi, Vietnam has a Senior Director role to lead their Software Engineering Department from end to end.
Focused on large scale Digital initiatives including an AWS Implementation, this person would need to be a seasoned Agile leader within Banking, with prior experience leading teams of 100+ a must.
This is an exciting time to join this top tier bank providing consumer, wealth and wholesale Banking services, as they embark on a market leading Digital Journey.
Experience working in Asia/South East Asia would be a strong preference, prior Banking experience is a must.
This role would need to be someone coming from a deep Technical Background and a proven history driving key Digital initiatives within a large enterprise.
