ServiceNow Solutions Manager

Job description

​We are seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Manager for one of our leading clients in Hong Kong. This key role will drive the design, development, and optimization of enterprise workflow solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The position blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic ownership of the platform roadmap, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
 
What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow solutions, from requirements and design through configuration, testing, and rollout.​

  • Working with business stakeholders to understand process needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow workflows and applications.​

  • Overseeing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and related technologies to ensure reliable data flow.​

  • Continuously optimising the ServiceNow platform by improving usability, performance, and operational efficiency based on feedback and metrics.

  • Managing and mentoring a small development/configuration team, setting priorities and ensuring high‑quality, timely releases.

 

What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow application development or platform implementation.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and proficiency in scripting and configuration using JavaScript and REST APIs.

  • Proven track record leading projects or teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering enhancements in an enterprise environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences and work in a client‑facing or cross‑functional setting.​

  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with familiarity with modern SDLC practices, version control, and Agile delivery; ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
