Identity & Access Management Senior Manager

Job description

We are partnering with a global bank in Singapore. They are seeking an Identity and Access Management Senior Manager (IAM Senior Manager) to lead the strategy, governance, and operations of non-human identities and credentials across a global bank’s hybrid and cloud environments. This role will define secure, automated patterns for service and workload identities, secrets and certificates, partnering closely with engineering, DevOps, security, and risk teams to embed identity-first practices at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, standards, and governance for non‑human identities and credentials across cloud and on‑prem environments

  • Design secure IAM patterns and automation for service/workload identities, secrets management, certificates, and machine‑to‑machine authentication

  • Oversee daily operations: lifecycle management, reviews, rotation, vault administration, and incidents

  • Ensure policy, regulatory, and audit compliance for non‑human identity and access management controls (least privilege, segregation of duties)

  • Lead and develop the IAM team and drive adoption of identity and access management best practices with engineering, DevOps, security, and risk

Requirements
  • 10+ years in IAM / identity and access management or cybersecurity, including several years focused on non‑human or machine identities in large enterprises

  • Strong experience with enterprise secrets and credential management platforms and PAM / vault tools (e.g., privileged access management, secret vaults)

  • Solid knowledge of cloud and workload identities, privileged access models, and machine‑to‑machine authentication patterns

  • Proven background in IAM governance, identity lifecycle automation, and integration of IAM controls into modern architectures (microservices, containers, CI/CD)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading IAM or security transformation initiatives as a Senior Manager
