Senior Architect – Digital Transformation (Insurance)

​We’re working with a renowned global insurance firm who are undergoing a major digital transformation across APAC. They’re hiring a senior technology Architect to drive the technology strategy across consumer and partnership channels.

This is a senior, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of architecture, digital product and business strategy.

The Role

• Own the architecture and technology strategy for digital consumer insurance across partnerships, brokers and direct channels

• Lead initiatives to digitise the customer journey and enable straight-through processing

• Evaluate existing capabilities, identify gaps and recommend technology-driven solutions

• Partner with regional and global teams to align architecture, platforms and delivery roadmaps

• Build relationships with strategic partners and vendors to expand digital capabilities

Requirements

• 12–15 years’ experience including 5+ years in insurance or financial services technology

• Strong background in enterprise, systems or integration architecture

• Deep knowledge of consumer insurance products and digital distribution channels

• Experience delivering technology-led transformation and vendor platform integrations

• Regional or global experience across APAC preferred
