MS Dynamics Senior Technology Lead

Become a key player in our client's innovative tech consulting team, renowned for spearheading digital transformation initiatives throughout Southeast Asia. We are on the lookout for an experienced MS Dynamics Senior Technology Lead with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP - F&O), Power Platforms, and MS CRM to lead project delivery for prestigious banking clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Head end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP (F&O) projects, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with technical consultants, developers and business analysts to ensure alignment with both business and technical requirements.

  • Lead and coordinate with the regional hub, managing resources across diverse and multicultural teams.

  • Ensure successful go-live and provide post-implementation support, maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

 

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP (F&O) projects, with a demonstrable track record of large-scale implementations.

  • Demonstrable technical understanding of MS Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP (F&O) modules, integrations and architecture.

  • Regional experience in Southeast Asia, with knowledge of local business practices, regulatory framework and cultural nuances.

  • Fluency in Thai is essential for effective client interaction and engagement.

  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, and project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar.

  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver professional service.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • MS Dynamics certifications or PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.

Salary: THB200K - 400K per month, commensurate with level of experience and seniority.
