Our client, a leading global financial institution, is expanding its digital capabilities and looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join their growing team in Kuala Lumpur.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale CRM solutions, working alongside global teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performance Microsoft Dynamics implementations for the financial sector.
π§ What You'll Do
Financial System Integration β Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with core banking and financial applications.
Customisation & Compliance β Configure forms, workflows, and business process flows aligned with regulatory requirements.
Data Security & Governance β Implement RBAC, encryption, and secure design practices to protect sensitive financial data.
Automation & Reporting β Leverage Power Automate and Power BI for insights, reporting, and fraud detection.
Technical Leadership β Guide architecture decisions, establish development best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Performance Optimisation β Ensure CRM performance and scalability for high-volume financial transactions.
β What We're Looking For
More than 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and financial systems
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerApps, and Power Automate
Experience working with with Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and complex API integrations
Hands-on expertise in SSRS, SQL Server, KingswaySoft, XRMToolBox, and SSIS
Demonstrable track record leading technical teams and delivering enterprise solutions
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills

Microsoft Certified - Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
