VP - Data and AI - Lead BA

​We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst – AI & Data for a global financial services company to shape and drive enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, AI capability, and enterprise governance — turning ambition into scalable, compliant solutions.

🎯The Mandate

• Own the AI/GenAI and Data business capability roadmap

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for AI initiatives (ideation → implementation → optimisation)

• Translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear business value propositions

• Partner with data scientists, architects, engineers, and risk teams

• Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases across the enterprise

• Ensure AI deployments meet governance, regulatory, and ethical standards

• Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, workshops, and change management

🧠What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in Business Analysis / Solution Design / Product roles

• 3+ years working directly with AI/ML, GenAI, NLP or predictive analytics - NICE TO HAVE

• Experience delivering AI initiatives in banking or regulated industries -

• Experienced with delivering enterprise AI use cases - nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure/AWS, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python (basic)

• Ability to translate data science outputs into business decisions

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills — able to influence at senior levels
