Lead Software Engineer (DevOps)

Job description

My client, an AI Cybersecurity start-up, has pioneered a groundbreaking AI-powered Cybersecurity platform that is revolutionising digital security. They have established clients in sectors such as telecom, aviation and government agencies, including a recent collaboration with Cybersecurity Malaysia Group. With several major partnerships nearing completion, they are currently expanding their team. As part of the Innovations and Engineering Division, the job scope and requirements include the following. Please note that having all the listed skill sets is not mandatory.

 

 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications.

  • Enhance and implement user interfaces using the latest technologies.

  • Design and manage databases that support systems and applications.

  • Head and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI-driven platform.

  • Work together with other teams to ensure smooth integration of various components of the system.

  • Take ownership of the DevOps pipeline, ensuring automated, reliable deployments.

 

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience DevOps and Software Engineering, ideally with AI products.

  • Hands-on experience with web applications development (React, Node.js, Remix, Next.js).

  • Experience in working with databases such as SQLite and PostgreSQL.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and guide teams.

  • A start-up mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to work on-site at the Cyberjaya office.
