We’re proud to partner with a well-established national payments infrastructure provider at the forefront of Singapore’s digital economy. As part of their digital transformation journey, they are looking to hire a Senior ServiceNow & Java Developer to lead the design and enhancement of enterprise-scale applications supporting mission-critical payment platforms.
This is a high-impact role for a hands-on technologist eager to shape secure, scalable solutions that power a nation’s digital infrastructure.
🔧 What You'll Do
Lead the development of scalable ServiceNow CSM applications and Java backend systems
Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow, AWS, and third-party platforms
Customise and enhance ServiceNow modules to support dynamic business needs
Work with DevOps to embed ServiceNow into CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows
Mentor junior developers and contribute to future team capability building
✅ What We're Looking For
5+ years of combined experience in ServiceNow and Java development, including more than 3 years in a senior/lead role
Deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM—workflows, scripting, module customisation, and extension
Proficiency in backend Java development, ideally with Spring Boot or similar frameworks
Hands-on experience with AWS services and secure system integration
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
