Grace is a delivery-focused expert, with responsibility for full-cycle recruitment across the APAC region. She oversees the placement of mid-to-senior level talent in Software Engineering, DevOps, ML Engineering and Enterprise Architecture.
Grace brings more than 13 years of experience across the Philippines and Singapore to TENTEN Partners. She has built and led high-performing teams and is adept at partnering with both established enterprises and scaling tech firms to meet their unique hiring objectives.
Grace is known for her ability to navigate the complexities of both financial and non-financial technology sectors. She enjoys the challenge of delivering top-tier talent in a competitive market and is dedicated to the success of her clients' digital transformation journeys.
Outside the office, Grace is also dedicated to sharing her love of reading with her child and keeps up with a lot of coffee! When she’s not enjoying a brew and some home-baked treats, you’ll find her watching movies and documentaries, and making her next travel plans.
