As a Lead Consultant – Delivery, you’ll take charge of shaping how teams deliver projects — ensuring every solution brings measurable value. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, guide clients through their product vision, and drive end-to-end project success while mentoring the next generation of delivery talent.
What You'll Do
Lead project delivery from planning to execution, ensuring smooth, value-driven outcomes.
Work closely with clients to translate business goals into actionable delivery roadmaps.
Guide cross-functional teams using Agile principles and hands-on facilitation.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks and team performance.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on strategy, delivery, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading digital or software delivery projects.
Deep understanding of Agile methods, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset grounded in data and research.
Skilled in running workshops and aligning cross-functional teams.
