As a Lead Consultant – Delivery, you’ll take charge of shaping how teams deliver projects — ensuring every solution brings measurable value. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, guide clients through their product vision, and drive end-to-end project success while mentoring the next generation of delivery talent.
What You'll Do
  • Lead project delivery from planning to execution, ensuring smooth, value-driven outcomes.

  • Work closely with clients to translate business goals into actionable delivery roadmaps.

  • Guide cross-functional teams using Agile principles and hands-on facilitation.

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks and team performance.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on strategy, delivery, and best practices.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience leading digital or software delivery projects.

  • Deep understanding of Agile methods, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset grounded in data and research.

  • Skilled in running workshops and aligning cross-functional teams.

  • A collaborative leader who thrives on helping teams and clients succeed.
