Head of UX Strategy & Design

Job description

​A leading financial institution in the Philippines is seeking a Head of UX Strategy & Design to shape the future of its digital banking experience. This is a high-impact leadership role for a design visionary who can balance strategy and execution, inspire teams, and champion customer-centric innovation.
What You’ll Do
  • Define and drive UX strategy across digital banking platforms, ensuring seamless, intuitive customer experiences.

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams through discovery, ideation, design, and testing of new products and services.

  • Establish best practices for design research, prototyping, and usability testing to validate and refine solutions.

  • Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to embed design thinking into the development lifecycle.

  • Mentor and enable design teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
  • ~10 years of experience in UX design, customer experience, or digital product development, with strong exposure to web and mobile platforms.

  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing design teams.

  • Proven ability to translate insights into prototypes and deliver impactful user experiences.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise-level and lean/agile design work.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and influencing strategic priorities.
