Our client is seeking a visionary Head of Platforms to lead the transformation of their core technology infrastructure. This is a rare and strategic leadership role that will drive platform modernisation, cloud adoption, and DevOps excellence across a complex, fast-evolving enterprise.

π What You'll Do
Lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that serve as the foundation of a digital-first banking ecosystem
Spearhead the modernisation of legacy systems through cloud-native architecture and infrastructure-as-code approaches
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences
Champion DevOps best practices to accelerate delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and operational integrity
Set the technology vision and roadmap for the platform domain, aligning with broader enterprise and digital transformation goals

β What Youβll Bring
15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with deep expertise in platform engineering, cloud computing, and DevOps principles
Proven track record in the Financial Services Industry (FSI), ideally within banking, fintech, or insurance
Strong technical foundation in infrastructure, CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience leading large-scale platform transformations and managing cross-functional engineering teams
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation, risk, and operational excellence
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
