Global Operational Resiliency Lead

Are you an experienced Operational Resilience or Crisis Management leader ready to make global impact? Our client a top-tier financial services institution with a strong international presence across the UK, Europe, and Asia—is seeking multiple Senior Operational Resiliency Leaders to join their Group Resiliency team in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Philippines.
These newly created, high-impact roles report directly to the Global Head of Operational Resiliency and will play a critical part in shaping and enhancing the firm's global operational resilience and crisis management strategy.
Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Leadership
Drive enterprise-wide operational resilience initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and the bank’s global strategy.
🔹 Crisis & Resiliency Program Management
Design, lead, and implement comprehensive strategies to strengthen global operational resiliency and crisis response.
🔹 Risk & Control Oversight
Establish robust frameworks to identify and mitigate critical risks, support risk self-assessments, and improve control processes.
🔹 Governance & Compliance
Contribute SME-level guidance on resilience standards and ensure global compliance with evolving regulations.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 15+ years of experience in operational resiliency, crisis management, or enterprise risk (including 7+ years in senior leadership roles)
✔️ Background in banking or financial services (preferred)
✔️ Expertise in both first and second lines of defense across operational risk
✔️ Track record of working with global senior stakeholders, including C-suite and board members
✔️ Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance best practices
