Finance Change Lead – Director/Senior Director
Job description
We are partnering with a global bank and they are seeking a Finance Change Lead – Director to drive their strategic transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking Finance and Treasury functions.
This is a pivotal leadership role focused on balance sheet optimisation, digital transformation, and AI-driven enablement — with the goal of enhancing financial insight, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organisation.
You will bring a strong background in Finance, Treasury, Product Control, or FP&A within a corporate or investment banking environment, with proven experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
Finance Transformation & Change Leadership
Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Finance Change programmes across Treasury and Corporate Banking Finance.
Define the strategic roadmap for balance sheet transformation, covering capital efficiency, liquidity optimisation, and funding cost management.
Partner with senior stakeholders in Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Technology to align transformation with bank-wide objectives.
Ensure change initiatives comply with regulatory standards and internal control frameworks.
Balance Sheet Optimisation
Deliver analytical initiatives to enhance balance sheet insights and forecasting accuracy.
Develop frameworks to support capital allocation, RWA optimisation, and liquidity management.
Strengthen governance and transparency across Treasury metrics (LCR, NSFR, IRRBB) through data-driven automation.
Digital & AI Enablement
Champion digital finance transformation through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven forecasting tools.
Oversee the integration of machine learning models for scenario analysis, stress testing, and predictive insight generation.
Collaborate with Technology teams to modernise Finance platforms and embed intelligent automation capabilities.
Financial Planning & Control
Enhance financial planning and performance management frameworks across Corporate Banking Treasury.
Partner with Product Control teams to ensure robust P&L attribution, balance sheet substantiation, and control processes.
Lead the transformation of Management Information (MI) to enable strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on Finance Transformation strategy.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving prioritisation, delivery, and excellence.
Build strategic partnerships across Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Technology.
Qualifications & Experience
12–18 years’ experience in Finance, Treasury, or Product Control within Corporate or Investment Banking (mandatory).
Proven record in leading Finance Transformation / Change at Director or equivalent level.
Deep technical expertise in balance sheet management, capital and liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR, RWA, capital ratios).
Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and Treasury reporting.
Exposure to digital transformation, AI/ML, or data analytics within Finance.
Familiarity with finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA, MBA) highly preferred.

Benefits
Salary: SGD 300K - 500K annual base + bonus
