We’re excited to partner with a fast-scaling digital business transforming how entrepreneurs manage and grow their companies. As they continue their ambitious journey, they’re looking for a passionate and capable Engineering Manager to lead high-performing teams and drive the development of scalable, secure, and impactful platforms.

 

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a talented engineering team—providing technical direction, career development, and regular feedback.

  • Translate strategic business goals into actionable engineering plans and product roadmaps.

  • Ensure timely delivery of robust, maintainable software using Agile methodologies.

  • Champion engineering best practices across code quality, testing, scalability, and architecture.

  • Drive process improvements, identifying and addressing delivery bottlenecks.

 

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams of 3+ engineers.

  • Solid full-stack development experience—especially with JavaScript/TypeScript, React (Hooks), Node.js (Koa/Express), and PostgreSQL.

  • Deep understanding of modular system architecture, microservices, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

  • Proven expertise in designing RESTful and WebSocket APIs, and applying HTTP and security best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS/SNS, RDS, S3, IAM, and others.
