A global tech leader is expanding its Southeast Asia R&D and seeks a Senior Manager, System Software Platform Engineering to lead next-gen AI system software development.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll join a world-class team building platforms behind flagship AI products like NIMs and Blueprints. This is a high-impact leadership role shaping the future of AI infrastructure in one of Asia’s fastest-growing tech hubs.
🔧 Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and delivery of high-performance, scalable system software platforms for AI.
Manage, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team of system software engineers.
Champion modern software development practices, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps.
Partner with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, testing, and support globally.
Drive innovation to elevate the reliability and user experience of AI-powered platforms.
⭐ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant industry experience, with 5+ years in technical team leadership.
Expertise in system-level software development and AI/ML platform delivery.
Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and performance optimization techniques.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
Proven experience in delivering complex AI/ML systems from concept to deployment.
Background in low-level GPU programming and performance tuning.
Familiarity with CUDA, embedded systems, or platform software optimisation.

Competitive Base Salary: USD 18,000 – 20,000/month (negotiable)
