Business Analyst
Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading financial institution in the Philippines on an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in wealth management, asset management, or private banking, and hands-on experience with Avaloq, as well as treasury, securities, and trust platforms.
🔍 What You'll Do
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for key initiatives in wealth, asset management, and private banking.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT and development teams.
Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
Support testing, validation, and implementation phases of system changes and enhancements.
Serve as a vital link between business and technical teams to drive communication successful project delivery.
✅ What We're Looking For
Demonstrable track record a Business Analyst in wealth management, asset management, or private banking.
Working knowledge of using platform, particularly modules relevant to wealth and private banking.
Familiarity with treasury, securities, and trust platform operations.
Evidence of good analytical, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
