Based in Singapore, Joel is the lead for AI, Data, and Analytics, responsible for building specialist teams across financial services and insurance. Joel oversees the recruitment of data architects, data scientists, and C-level leadership including Chief Data and Chief AI Officers.
He is a highly respected figure in the Asian recruitment market, having established and grown specialist businesses in India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and uses his deep academic and professional background to provide bespoke and knowledge-driven service.
A passionate advocate for integrity and empathy, Joel enjoys building genuine, long-term relationships - his clients have called out both his industry knowledge and his willingness to go the extra mile.
