​We’re proud to partner with a prestigious global private wealth management institution in Singapore in search of a Triple’A Plus (TAP) Technical Lead — a hands-on expert ready to architect sophisticated TAP solutions and lead critical transformation initiatives.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Serve as the SME for all TAP-related architecture and development.

  • Lead hands-on development across:

    • GUI components (formats, screens, profiles, constraints)

    • TAP scripting, input controls, strategies & performance tuning

    • oData, TSL, and T24 integration (TTI)

    • Actuate reporting (client statements, regulatory reports)

  • Oversee delivery of change and transformation projects.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and vendors.

  • Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices.

  • Manage L3 support and ensure smooth transition to BAU teams.

✅ Requirements

  • 10–15 years of proven expertise in Triple’A Plus (TAP) development and delivery.

  • Strong leadership in executing complex TAP projects within private banking environments.

  • Deep understanding of wealth management workflows and financial products.

  • Proficiency with Sybase, Oracle, UNIX, and Actuate reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
