We’re proud to partner with a prestigious global private wealth management institution in Singapore in search of a Triple’A Plus (TAP) Technical Lead — a hands-on expert ready to architect sophisticated TAP solutions and lead critical transformation initiatives.

🔧 Responsibilities
Serve as the SME for all TAP-related architecture and development.
Lead hands-on development across:
GUI components (formats, screens, profiles, constraints)
TAP scripting, input controls, strategies & performance tuning
oData, TSL, and T24 integration (TTI)
Actuate reporting (client statements, regulatory reports)
Oversee delivery of change and transformation projects.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and vendors.
Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices.
Manage L3 support and ensure smooth transition to BAU teams.
✅ Requirements
10–15 years of proven expertise in Triple’A Plus (TAP) development and delivery.
Strong leadership in executing complex TAP projects within private banking environments.
Deep understanding of wealth management workflows and financial products.
Proficiency with Sybase, Oracle, UNIX, and Actuate reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
