Trading Systems Engineer

We're partnering with a renowned global financial institution seeking a passionate Application Support Engineer to join their trading technology team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with traders and stakeholders in a fast-paced, front-office environment where your contributions will have direct business impact.
As part of a small, agile team, you’ll be responsible for developing and enhancing systems that support the trading desk balancing both project-based development and critical day-to-day support.

🌟 What You’ll Do
  • Develop and enhance features in Avaloq and trading-related systems such as Front Arena

  • Collaborate with traders and internal stakeholders to support daily trading operations

  • Coordinate software changes and vendor interactions, ensuring seamless system integration

What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • 2–10 years of experience in a technology role within financial services

  • Good understanding of Oracle SQL and Python

  • Knowledge of FIX Trading Protocol

  • Experience with Front Arena is advantageous but not essential

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for working on complex systems
