🔍 What You'll Do
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered enterprise solutions.
Define and execute the AI engineering strategy, aligned with business and technology goals.
Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, ensuring ethical, transparent, and responsible AI practices.
Collaborate with product, data science, and UX teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI engineering team.
Monitor emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable, enterprise-ready solutions.
✅ What We're Looking For
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
10+ years in technology roles, with 5+ years leading AI engineering teams.
Proven experience in MLOps, AI/ML frameworks, cloud architecture, and production-level deployments.
Expertise in data pipelines, model management, and deploying AI at enterprise scale.
Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge technical and business domains.
A passion for building inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven teams.
