To support this vision, they are looking for a Lead Software Architect to take ownership of network automation architecture and delivery - a high-impact role at the intersection of enterprise platforms, automation, and DevOps.

π§ What You'll Do
Define the target automation architecture and build a strategic roadmap
Design and implement reusable, scalable automation solutions
Translate business needs into technical automation designs to enhance delivery speed and reliability
Lead CI/CD pipeline development using tools like ADO, Python, Ansible, and container platforms
Establish and enforce automation standards and governance
Collaborate with product, platform, and security teams to ensure aligned, secure automation strategy
Ensure automation pipelines are traceable, auditable, and scalable

β What We're Looking For
Strong background in network/IT architecture with deep knowledge of automation practices
Advanced expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, Git workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code
Experience designing microservices and distributed systems
Expert-level proficiency in Python and related development tools
Excellent communication and mentoring skills; ability to influence across global teams
Degree in Engineering, IT, or related disciplines
Preferred certifications in Python, DevOps, or full-stack development
Familiar with secure development, automation risk mitigation, and governance
Exposure to containerisation, Open Policy Agent, and modern DevOps toolchains
