Lead AI Ops Engineer
Job description
We’re excited to partner with a leading global bank at the forefront of AI transformation. As part of their expanding AI platform team, they’re seeking a skilled AI Ops Engineer to help build and scale world-class AI infrastructure that supports next-gen data science and machine learning initiatives.
This is a key engineering role focused on developing and deploying scalable, secure, and reliable AI solutions across the organisation, bridging MLOps, LLMOps, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and data governance.
🚀 What You'll Do
MLOps & LLMOps: Build, optimise, and maintain machine learning and large language model pipelines
CI/CD/CT/CM: Implement and support continuous integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes
Infrastructure: Manage hybrid cloud and on-prem environments for AI workloads
Data & Model Management: Establish data catalogs, model registries, and domain modeling frameworks
Responsible AI: Automate compliance and ethical AI practices
Governance: Develop dashboards, trace data/model lineage, and manage operational risk controls
Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and engineering excellence
Mentorship: Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers
✅ What We're Looking For
More than 6 years experience in AI/ML engineering with proven end-to-end model deployment
Proficient with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
Skilled in managing infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and using Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
Experience in GPU optimisation, ETL processes, and handling large datasets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
