We’re partnering with a global, technology-driven organisation that is investing in its regional engineering centre in Kuala Lumpur — and they’re looking for a visionary Head of Engineering to lead the charge.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives on building and scaling teams, delivering complex, multi-domain projects, and driving innovation across borders. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of engineering in the region, while collaborating closely with global stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering organisation in Kuala Lumpur

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects

  • Align regional engineering strategy with global business objectives

  • Champion modern engineering practices including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps

  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles

  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in international environments

  • Strong technical foundation and a solid understanding of modern software development practices

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural communication skills

  • A collaborative, people-first mindset with the ability to inspire and grow teams
