Our client, a leading bank, is growing its Engineering Division in the Philippines to support the rapid digital transformation across its business. As part of this expansion, they are hiring Team Heads to lead high-performing software engineering teams that build and manage the bankโ€™s digital applications.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping digital platforms that impact millions of customers.

 

๐ŸŒŸ Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”น Lead a team of software engineersโ€”providing mentorship, guidance, and career development support
๐Ÿ”น Take ownership of system architecture and design, ensuring scalability and performance
๐Ÿ”น Drive end-to-end delivery of complex software projects across the digital ecosystem
๐Ÿ”น Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices
๐Ÿ”น Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence
๐Ÿ”น Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including design and implementation decisions

 

โœ… Requirements

โœ” Background in software engineering with current programming languages
โœ” Demonstrable experience with APIs and microservices architectures
โœ” Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies
โœ” Knowledge of test automation frameworks (Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, etc.)
โœ” Experience leading engineering teams and delivering scalable software solutions
โœ” Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) is a plus
