Job description
We are partnering with a leading global logistics and supply chain organisation to appoint a Director of Analytics & Performance Management for its APAC operations. This is a senior leadership role at the forefront of digital transformation, data strategy, and performance excellence across a highly complex, multi-market environment.

π Your Impact
π Data Strategy & Analytics
Define and execute the regional data and analytics strategy
Lead development of advanced analytics products and AI applications
Champion data quality, governance, and literacy across teams
π Performance Management
Drive cross-functional performance processes (MRP, DPM, OEPM)
Manage and optimise tools such as LOGICS Business Metrics and Planning modules
Promote best practices and standardised reporting through Power BI and other tools
π₯ Talent & Leadership
Build, lead, and grow a high-performing regional data analytics team
Develop APAC as a strategic talent hub for analytics
Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier data professionals
π― Strategy & Delivery
Align regional initiatives with global strategies and transformation efforts
Scale key analytics programs and performance tools
Lead a regional Centre of Excellence for Data Analytics

β What We're Looking For
10β15 years of experience in Operational Excellence, ideally in logistics or supply chain
5+ years leading projects/programs in distribution or fulfillment environments
Deep expertise in analytics, performance management, and data-led transformation
Proven experience managing cross-cultural and cross-country teams
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
