DevOps Lead – Section Head
Job description
One of the leading and largest banks in Philippines has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned DevOps Leader that can spearhead their digital transformation initiatives.
Role
Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Lead the DevOps and DevSecOps teams
Ensure the availability, efficiency, security, reliability and performance of the enterprise systems and applications
Lead the Cloud and DevOps transformation, initiatives and strategy for the bank
Navigating through a complex environment and creating a process of onboarding applications and systems to a hybrid cloud environment
Work closely with risk, governance and cyber security teams to ensure industry standards are met
Requirements
Strong expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE or Cloud
Proven experience transforming an organization to a hybrid cloud environment (AWS)
Leadership experience and have managed mid-large size teams
Good understanding of SDLC and implementing an Agile/DevOps culture
Experienced with implementing monitoring and observability tools for applications and systems
Strong knowledge of APIs, CI/CD, containerization, orchestration and security tools
