Client Solutions Engineer
Job description
We are partnering with a leading global fintech company that’s accelerating its expansion across Asia. They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive growth in the Japan market. In this client-facing technical role, you will support the sales process, deliver product demonstrations and serve as the primary technical point of contact for institutional clients.
What you’ll do
Provide technical presentations, demos, and POCs for Japanese clients
Understand client workflows and map them to platform capabilities
Support API connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting
Work closely with global engineering teams on issues and enhancements
Maintain strong client relationships post-implementation
Localise documentation and user guides for Japanese users
What we’re looking for
Fluent Japanese speaker
2–5 years in software engineering roles
Proficiency in Java or Python
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Willingness to travel to Japan when needed
A keen interest in financial markets technology
