Technical Architect - Blockchain & DLT

Job description

We’re partnering with a leading global bank that’s pushing the boundaries of blockchain in financial services. They’re hiring a a Technical Architect / Development Manager to deliver real-world products on public blockchain infrastructure, supporting both retail and institutional business lines.
This is a hands-on, strategic role that sits at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and innovation perfect for someone who wants to move beyond lab experiments and help scale live DLT platforms in production.

 

🔧 What You’ll Do
  • Architect scalable blockchain solutions across multiple business lines

  • Lead smart contract design, platform selection, identity management, and interoperability strategies

  • Work closely with engineering, product, and external delivery partners to ensure successful implementation

  • Play a key role in technical governance, standards, and platform road mapping

 

✅ What You Bring
  • 8–15 years of experience in engineering or solution architecture, ideally in enterprise settings

  • Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Corda, Hyperledger, or similar DLT platforms

  • Strong understanding of current blockchain applications and architecture

  • Exposure to Kaleido or managed blockchain platforms is a strong plus

  • Experience in financial services or fintech is highly advantageous

  • Proven leadership in cross-functional or distributed delivery teams
