Program Manager - Compliance Technology
Job description
A leading financial institution is committed to providing innovative and secure banking solutions and it is looking to upscale their global enterprise technology operations. As part of their ongoing commitment to excellence, they are seeking a skilled Compliance Technology Program Manager to join their dynamic team.
As an ideal candidate, you will be a senior leader and trusted business-technology partner, specialising in a range of Compliance Technology solutions. These include, but are not limited to, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Sanctions, Fraud, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML solutions. This role is offered based on a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end technology programs related to KYC and AML/CTF solutions and evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors for compliance technology solutions.
Manage projects for end-to-end delivery and prepare decks such as business case, in collaboration with Technology teams
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and successful execution
Implement governance standards across the portfolio and update status of the programme deliverable
Job Requirements
Proven 10-15 years of experience managing large Transformation Programmes / Projects in the financial industry, specifically focusing on compliance technology programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into actions that meet business objectives
Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market.
Salary - $280k (Negotiable)
