A leading global financial institution is seeking a visionary Technical Product Owner to spearhead the evolution of its client interaction platforms, including chatbots, SMS, and digital notifications. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions across retail banking, wealth management, and broader banking services.
🔍 Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap for digital interaction platforms, aligning with business objectives and regulatory frameworks
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for engineering and architecture teams
Lead cross-functional agile squads, managing unified product backlogs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Collaborate with design, compliance, and technology teams to implement secure and scalable communication channels
Drive platform modernisation and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
✅ Requirements
15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in technical product leadership
Proven success delivering digital communication platforms in banking or financial services
Strong technical understanding: API integration, cloud infrastructure, platform architecture, secure development practices
Experienced with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
Deep domain expertise in retail banking, wealth management, and customer engagement technologies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
