  • Head the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

  • Coordinate across multiple project teams, business units, and technology functions to ensure smooth program execution.

  • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.

  • Oversee vendor management, procurement processes, and third-party integrations as needed.

  • Ensure governance compliance, adherence to documentation standards, and audit readiness throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Drive change management activities and support business readiness for new systems or platforms.

πŸ”Ή What We're Looking For

  • More than 8 years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably within banking or financial services.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects or complex programs simultaneously.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level interaction.

  • Understanding of banking regulatory requirements and risk management is a plus.
