Job description
My client is a regional retail and hospitality and they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage hardware infrastructures. This is a strategic hire to drive efficiency, increase reliability and availability regionally, and will be an excellent opportunity to spearhead strategic initiatives for a highly renown organisation.
Responsibilities:
Manage full delivery lifecycle of circuits, cross-connects,
Coach, guide, and mentor the team to deliver the product at contracted cost, quality, time.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage interdependencies, and remove impediments.
Drive risk management sessions with the team to mitigate risks timely, and to also anticipate new risks
Interface with local regulatory authorities as necessary
Facilitate an open discussion with the team during retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and maximum efficiency within the team.
Requirements:
Educational background and experience in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or similar field.
Solid experience managing hardware projects comprising of telecommunications, network infrastructure and other electronic components
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while adhering to industry regulations and protocol
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Ability to prioritize time in a fast-paced environment
