Fullstack Developer – Senior Manager

Job description

We are partnering with a leading regional insurer, headquartered in Hong Kong, widely recognised for its strong presence across Asia and commitment to digital transformation. As the business continues to scale its digital platforms, they are looking for a Fullstack Developer – Senior Manager to lead the development of scalable web and mobile solutions that will shape the future of insurance technology across APAC.

 

🔧 What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end development of web and mobile applications from design and testing to deployment.

  • Build scalable APIs, servers, and databases supporting multi-platform solutions.

  • Provide technical architecture and strategy for complex, multi-system integrations with a strong focus on seller and distributor applications.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries, including C-suite executives.

  • Stay ahead of emerging tech trends to ensure all solutions are secure, scalable, and reusable.

 

What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent).

  • 8+ years of full-stack development experience.

  • Strong expertise in React Native, Node.js, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

  • Proven track record in building both mobile apps and web applications, and integrating with Headless CMS platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and tools like Google Analytics / A/B testing frameworks.
