Job description

Our client, a globally recognised investment institution is looking for an experienced AVP - IT Audit to join their high performing internal audit team. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen the organisation’s governance and risk management framework in an evolving digital landscape.

 

🌐 Your Impact

  • Lead and execute audits across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications

  • Assess system and technology controls via integrated audit approaches

  • Drive innovation by leveraging data analytics and automation tools in audit execution

  • Communicate findings and partner with senior stakeholders to define remediation strategies

  • Enhance IT audit methodologies, monitor emerging tech risks, and support continuous auditing initiatives

 

✅ What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • More than 6 years of experience in Audit or IT Risk Management, ideally in financial services

  • Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM) preferred

  • Hands-on exposure to cloud security, IT infrastructure, and cyber security

  • Proficient in using data analytics and visualisation tools

  • Strong understanding of IT governance, risk, and control frameworks

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of stakeholders
