We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our Emerging Technology recruitment practice in the Asia-Pacific region. This senior role combines strategic client engagement, expert candidate sourcing, and market development. As a seasoned recruitment professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional recruitment services, and strengthening our presence across Asia Pac markets. You will specialise in recruiting for roles in Digital, Generative AI, API, Platform Engineering, Big Data, Cloud across multiple domains, including Banking, Fintech, Big-Tech, E-Commerce, Insurance, Energy, and Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
Client and Account Management
Act as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in sectors such as Banking, Fintech, Big-Tech, E-Commerce, Insurance, Energy, and Consulting, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions for Emerging Technology roles.
Proactively manage client accounts to maintain satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business, whilst identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
Candidate Engagement and Delivery
Source and deliver top talent in Digital, Generative AI, API, Platform Engineering, Big Data, and Cloud, ensuring the highest standards of candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and overseeing onboarding.
Utilise advanced recruitment techniques, including Boolean search and talent mapping, to source high-caliber candidates.
Market Insights and Advisory
Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices in Emerging Technology.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in emerging technologies to guide both clients and candidates effectively.
Networking and Brand Building
Represent TENTEN Partners at industry events and conferences across the Asia-Pacific region to enhance our brand visibility.
Maintain strong professional networks to create a sustainable pipeline of top talent and referrals.
Essential Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Technology sectors.
Proven expertise in recruiting for Digital, Generative AI, API, Platform Engineering, Big Data, and Cloud roles in the Asia-Pacific region.
A successful track record of placing senior-level roles across multiple sectors, including Banking, Fintech, Big-Tech, E-Commerce, Insurance, Energy, and Consulting.
In-depth knowledge of market trends, client needs, and talent availability in Emerging Technology.
Strong client relationship management and account management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment software, ATS/CRM platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Psychology.
Established networks and professional relationships in Asia-Pacific markets.
