Support Specialist - Transition and Operations

Job description

​We're working with a globally renowned blue-chip insurance firm who are looking for a support specialist to help the transition from technical delivery through to operations and maintenance.

They are looking for a technical individual with experience setting up service desks (including incident management and user support). You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders across the business.

You will be joining a top insurance firm who are undergoing a huge technology modernisation program in Singapore, with the region a huge growth area for the firm moving forward.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar

  • Commercial experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework.

  • Commercial experience setting up and managing service desks.

  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solver mindset.

 

**Salaries negotiable up to $180,000**
