Job Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end, scalable solutions using enterprise integration patterns.
Collaborate with cross-country teams to define architecture roadmaps and technical strategies.
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to align on business needs and technical feasibility.
Provide technical leadership, unblock development teams, and ensure architectural best practices.
Drive system resilience, monitoring, and performance optimization across platforms.
Job Requirements
5+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
Proven experience designing and running enterprise-grade systems in production.
Hands-on knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern integration technologies.
Strong understanding of system resilience, data stores, and messaging systems.
Excellent communication and documentation skills — able to explain complex ideas clearly.
(Bonus: Experience in FinTech, digital banking, or hands-on Java/Spring background.)
