Program Manager – Core Systems
Job description
An exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading financial services companies leading the transformation of their core systems.
This role will be responsible for working with senior business stakeholders and cross functional project teams while managing budgets to deliver transformation programs around core systems.
Experience leading core system transformations within insurance are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with local and regional business owners and stakeholders to achieve project goals
Align project activities with project goals and objectives as well as timelines
Manage day to day portfolio activities while ensuring proper project reporting to stakeholders and prioritization of risks and issues
Look after budgets and train, mentor and guide team members
Requirements:
10+ years of program management experience within insurance around transformation of core systems
Experience with managing local and regional stakeholders
Experience with managing regional and local teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
