Principal Software Engineer

Job description

We are partnering with a global bank with a strong presence in the APAC region as they expand their AI division in the Philippines. They are looking for a Senior Hands-On Technologist to lead AI/ML initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep software engineering experience who has successfully delivered AI/ML projects, ideally in complex environments.

 

๐Ÿ”น Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of a scalable, high-performance AI platform.

  • Implement and optimize MLOps practices across the entire machine learning lifecycle.

  • Establish and enforce best practices for model development, testing, and deployment.

  • Manage GPU and cloud infrastructure to support AI workloads.

  • Design and develop robust data integration pipelines from diverse sources.

  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and platform engineers.

 

๐Ÿ”น What We're Looking For

  • More than 10 years of experience as a deep software engineer with expertise in Python, Java, or C++.

  • Demonstrable track record delivering complex AI projects.

  • Strong technical expertise in ML frameworks/tools, cloud, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

  • Understanding Data Engineering principles.

  • Experience working with cloud environments.
